How can I discern if someone is simply using Christian jargon, or if he is using loaded language?

The terms Shincheonji uses as loaded language are found in the Bible. Examples are words such as "wheat", "weeds", "food at the proper time".

Is it correct to say that people use loaded language to give a word/phrase a different meaning from what is intended in the Bible; whereas the person speaking Christian jargon is simply saying it for what the Bible intends for it to mean?
